Solent has a highly skilled workforce with extensive experience and the 'hand skills' that are rarely found today. We cut, punch, form, fold, rout, weld and undertake in-house most of the processes required to take raw materials to finished product.
We work with all engineering materials, from the softest of plastics to the hardest metals. Our expertise extends to specialised plastics, such as acrylics, stainless steel, aluminium and various alloys.
Solent will take your idea, even if provided to us as a rough sketch, and produce a precise specification. From this we will fabricate quality sub-components and finished bespoke equipment and instruments.
